Wir laden dich ein, mit uns eine Woche im Juni 2022 an einen der magischsten Orte Griechenlands zu kommen. Yoga Asana Praxis, gemeinsames Chanten, Pranayama und Yoga Philosophie können uns helfen während dieser Woche wieder näher zu uns zu finden.

Der versteckte Ort unseres Retreats liegt in einer Gebirgskette zwischen dem Pagasitischen Golf und dem Ägäischen Meer. Die majestätische Pelion-Halbinsel in Thessalien ist eine der einzigartigsten, schönsten und charmantesten Regionen Griechenlands. Pelion beherbergt eine große Auswahl an pittoresken Dörfern, die über die gesamte Region verstreut sind. Von den berühmten Bergdörfern wie Portaria und Tsagarada bis zum kleinen versteckten Mikro ist Pelion eine Region mit einer einzigartigen Landschaft und Vielfalt. Die Küste von Pelion ist voller schöner Sandstrände, die es zu erkunden gilt.

Unsere gemeinsame Woche wird mit dynamischen Jivamukti Yoga Klassen, Kirtan und Meditation gefüllt sein, aber auch das Entdecken der unglaublichen Natur bei Wandertouren oder Strandausflügen gehören zum Programm. Wir wollen versuchen zu spüren wie sich ein ruhiger Geist anfühlen kann und wertschätzen, im Einklang mit der Natur zu sein, ohne den sonst so gewohnten Alltags Ablenkungen.

Morgens starten wir mit einer intensiven Asana Praxis, mal kraftvoll, mal dynamisch, mal etwas ruhiger. Am Abend treffen wir uns zum gemeinsamen Kirtan, zur Meditation oder zum Yin Yoga. Am Ende eines jeden Tages kommen wir gemeinsam zum Dinner und (wir gehen davon aus) guten Gesprächen zusammen. Neben drei pflanzlich basierten Mahlzeiten werden auch stets Snacks und kräftigende Getränke bereit stehen. Wir freuen uns auch Dich!

We invite you to travel with us for one week to a magical place to nurture your body and soul with yoga asana, pranayama and yoga philosophy.

Greece has so much to offer. One of these hidden places is called Pelion in the mountains. Known as the Magic Mountain that stands between Pagasitikos Gulf and the Aegean Sea. Wonderful nature secretly unfolds itself at this place. The mythical region of Pelion invites us to come back to the source of nature. Pelion Homes therefore offers „a home away from home“ – a truly undiscovered paradise. If you’re looking for balance in life and want to explore paradise in nature, you’re in the right place here. This paradise is full of drinking fountains, plane and apple trees, oaks, gardenias, hydrangeas and camellias.

With Jivamukti Yoga classes, kirtan and meditation as well as incredible hiking tours, beach trips and satsang we fill this week with all sensations that will arise. We want to calm our mind and slow down together for a while to see the often unseen: inner peace, harmony and compassion for us and everything that surrounds us. This aspect and true meaning of compassion for all beings is the root of Jivamukti Yoga and we will try to come closer to this place during our journey.

We will have an extended intense yoga asana practice in the morning and a flowing light practice like asana or meditation in the afternoon.

Throughout the whole journey we will nurture our body with delicious vegan food and healthy add ons all powered by plants.

CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION PERIODS:

The deposit cannot be refunded. You will get your fill payment minus deposit back by April 17th 2022 if you have to cancel for any reason. In the event of cancellation reasons demonstrably due to Corona, the full amount including the deposit will be refunded.
