DESCRIPTION:Sacred Sound – Der Weg der Hingabe durch Mantra & Musik \nEin Workshop für Klang\, Hingabe und die Rückverbindung mit dem Göttlichen in dir. \nIn diesem vierstündigen Workshop laden wir Dich ein\, das Harmonium als Instrument des Herzens zu entdecken und sich über Klang und Mantra mit der eigenen inneren Hingabe – dem Bhakti – zu verbinden. \nDer Workshop kombiniert musikalische Grundlagen mit spiritueller Praxis: Nach einer kurzen Einstimmung und Einführung in die Bedeutung von Bhakti Yoga lernst Du den Aufbau und die Handhabung des Harmoniums kennen und spielst erste einfache Akkorde. Anschließend erarbeiten wir gemeinsam zwei bis drei ausgewählte Mantras\, erfahren ihre Bedeutung und singen sie in der Gruppe – teils in Call & Response-Form\, teils frei fließend. So entsteht ein Raum\, in dem Musik\, Stimme und Herz miteinander verschmelzen und der Klang zur Meditation wird. \nDer Workshop richtet sich an alle\, die den Zauber des Harmoniums erleben\, ihre Yogapraxis um den Aspekt der Hingabe vertiefen und durch Mantra-Chanting eine tiefere Verbindung zu sich selbst und etwas Größerem spüren möchten – ganz ohne musikalische Vorkenntnisse. \nAbgerundet wird das Erlebnis durch Momente der Stille\, Meditation und gemeinsames Chanting\, die Körper\, Geist und Herz in Einklang bringen. \nBitte bringe deine eigenes Harmonium zum Workshop mit. \nSolltest du eine Roots Membership haben\, schreib uns eine Email an support@rootsyoga.de und erhalte deinen Roots Membership Discount von 20%.
