DESCRIPTION:Erlebe einen besonders klangvollen Kirtan mit Alex Perez \nDie Teilnahme ist kostenfrei über rootsyoga.de buchbar. \nAlle unsere LehrerInnen haben eine besondere Art zu chanten und zu singen. Spüre an diesem Abend die Resonanzen der verschiedenen Stimmen unserer Rooties und lass dich von den Klängen mitreißen. \nEs heißt\, dass Sound und Vibration zusammen Energie ist und dass wir selbst\, Energie sind. Der menschliche Körper besteht aus ca. 50 % Wasser oder sogar mehr. Wasser ist der beste Leiter für Klang\, Vibration und Musik. All diese drei Dinge haben eine sehr hohe Resonanz auf uns Menschen und eine besondere Wirkung auf uns. \nMantren und die alten yogischen Schriften sind in Sanskrit\, die Sprache des Yogas\, ausgelegt. Die Sprache Sanskrit hat eine sehr spezielle Dynamik und Frequenz\, die eine sehr kraftvolle und heilende Wirkung auf uns hat. Wenn wir Mantren chanten oder singen\, sind wir in der Lage diese Vibrationen in uns zu spüren\, die diese Klänge und Sounds produzieren. Denn wir sind das Instrument selbst\, nicht ein Gegenstand\, den wir in unseren Händen halten und spielen. Diese Vibrationen kreieren und wirbeln Energie auf\, die wir bewusst spüren und wahrnehmen und was uns schließlich zur Ruhe und zur Entspannung unseres Gedankenflusses führt.
