In this session we’ll dive on a journey towards mastering the elusive handstand. Alex will guide you through a step by step process to make this seemingly intimidating pose feel like a simple lean off the ground. Through the understanding of the right key actions as well as the power of play, we’ll surpass our natural fear of getting upside down and open a whole new perspective in our yoga practice.
Alex is an international yoga teacher and licensed medical doctor. His classes are rooted in deep anatomical understanding, emphasising physical and mental balance. Through his ‘Grace Yoga” system, Alex shares his wisdom in the form of trainings, workshops and festivals all over the world.
